I thought I would share my video on my blog for those of you who haven,t seen it yet. This video shows the method for making the White Chocolate Blondies and it isn’t that hard to follow. It is only a quick video but quite lively. The full recipe is on my recipe page here so go and take a look.
I think you will agree with me that I need to invest in some lights for helping remove the shadows in the video. Also, I need to be better prepared so next time all the ingredients will be weighed out prior to filming, I will include the recipe at the beginning, lots more images will be added at the end to showcase the baked treats. I will change the distance of the camera from the baking stage so that different shots can be taken (maybe use two cameras so that I have different angles of the same shot. Who knows how it will turn out but I can only get better with practice. Can’t I?
This last weekend has been a “Foodie Calendar” couple of days where I have researched different food days for different countries and prepared myself a 12 page article to work from where I can pick and choose what I am going to bake and if I am going to celebrate a particular food day. The country with the most exciting and busiest food calendar is the USA where every day is a celebration (if you want it to be). I love it so I will be including some of these days in my calendar. So far I have shared a recipe for Gluten free Chocolate Chip Shortbread Cookies for “National Shortbread Day“.
This next week I have a birthday cake to make for my husband so I am busy preparing for that. It will have to be something special as it is his big 50. I think he is hoping I will make a Pinata Cake for him but I have something a bit different in mind. Recipe and maybe a video to follow.
For the rest of today, I am working in the background changing a few things and I will be adding another new recipe soon.
