This blog writing is a full time job. There is so much to read up about as well as changes to be made to my own website. So far I have one video to edit before it gets uploaded and it appears that there will be many more changes I need to make to my work as I go. Exciting times ahead. One of my best selling baked goods is my Mini Cherry Bakewell Tarts. When I ran my own market stall I baked lots of different products to decide what would be a market leader. The seasons played a large part in what sold and when so an awful lot of planning was involved. I have submitted this recipe to the Foodgawker site, and am waiting for it to be reviewed.
