So much for the weekend being work free. Had quite a few questions asked of me yesterday so I am busy preparing a blog page all about the equipment and ingredients I buy from Amazon and Ebay.
However , I needed to add my latest information to my website all about my sticky toffee pudding recipe and the adaptations I have made with it. I have added the recipe to my website www.love-to-bake.uk and written the adaptations in the blog post titled “how do I rethink a recipe”. I have even made a new pudding for tea today, ginger pudding with sticky ginger syrup. I will let you know what this turns out like. My husband is really looking forward to it, custard at the ready. 🙂
Well Sunday is nearly over now, just tea to go, then bath time and bed for my children. School tomorrow and the start of another busy week. Â I am loving this new avenue which I am exploring and learning from as I go.
